Originating loans for residential properties got Hunter interested in pursuing real estate from the much more personal side, in sales and listings. He joins the Sky Group with banking experience as well as a deep family background in real estate development. His father developed River Falls in Potomac, among other projects in Bethesda and Tysons Corner. Lead generation should come easily to this well-networked, 5th generation Washingtonian. Hunter attended the Bullis School and graduated from the University of South Carolina.
His customer service skills were born of part time and summer jobs in sports equipment sales, and sharpened in the hospitality and restaurant business. He enjoyed the opportunity to work in event planning for the Masters tournament at Augusta National one summer, and interned at Marriott International. At Foulger-Pratt, he worked in the tenant management division, doing tours, identifying tenant prospects and assisting with contracts.
“I believe all my work experiences will contribute to success with the Sky Group,” Hunter says, “especially the time I spent on the mortgage side of this business. I can easily determine what people qualify for, and I know the rules and regulations inside out.”
