Barak Sky is an award winning realtor, licensed in DC, Maryland and Virginia. He's a managing partner of the Sky Group (top 1% in annual sales volume nationwide) and a recent recipient of Realtor Magazine's prestigious "30 under 30" honor for 2013 – a national award given to 30 realtors under the age of 30, based on dynamic criteria including sales volume, innovation and community service.
Barak began his real estate career in 2008 and has increased his annual sales volume by double digit margins each year. He's a master negotiator, tireless worker and dynamic problem solver. However, it's his unwavering commitment to customer service that keeps his business thriving. As Barak puts it, "When I meet a new client or even a potential client at one of my home buyer seminars, I go in with the mindset that my team and I are going to do everything in our power to ensure our client achieves their real estate goals. And we're going to do so in such an exceptional way that our clients readily refer me to their family, friends and co-workers." And refer him they have. In fact, Barak estimates that he gets about 95% of his business via word of mouth.

This cumulative approach has allowed Barak to experience incredible sales success in DC, Maryland and Virginia. From initial meeting to final closing, Barak helps his clients achieve their goals while giving them peace of mind.
Barak is a native of Montgomery County, MD. He attended American University where he played tennis and graduated with a BA in Business Administration. In his free time, Barak still enjoys playing tennis as well as golfing, skiing, yachting and serving his community through his work with the "So what else" humanitarian organization.
